In order to fully, truly and vividly demonstrate the achievements of the university, further consolidate the foundation and cultivate the yuan, inherit the culture of the university, and tell the story of the University, the university plans to build a history museum。To this end, the university is now inviting all units, departments, retired comrades and their families, teachers and students, alumni at home and abroad, and people from all walks of life, a wide range of related to the history of Jinan UniversityPrecious materials such as objects, pictures, historical materials and storiesTo display and inspire future generations。The relevant announcements are as follows:

1. Scope of collection

(1) Cultural relics or objects of commemorative significance, preservation, research and exhibition value, such as written materials, diagrams, photographs, audio and video, formed in various historical periods of the University of Jinan。

(2) Various historical periods of Jinan University，Books, manuscripts, notes, letters, inscriptions, awards, prizes, certificates, badges, letters of appointment, letters of appointment, school badges, bills, souvenir books, teaching plans and articles of daily use of commemorative significance of school leaders, academicians, famous professors and other accomplished experts and scholars, well-known people and outstanding alumni。

(3) Memories and descriptions of the development history, brilliant achievements and major events of Jinan University;Campus anecdotes and life anecdotes with the spirit of the university or humanistic feelings;The story of Kei University about the style of teachers, classmates and alumni。

(4) Other cultural relics or objects with preservation and exhibition value。

Ii. Instructions for solicitation

(1) When providing pictures, photos, audio and video materials, please attach a brief description: including time, place, events, names of main participants and other information。

(2) Story manuscripts are narrative based, and strive to be objective, detailed and vivid, with no limitation on the number of words and genres。

(3) The archives (School History Museum) shall be responsible for summarizing and registering, classifying and archiving the collected articles and properly managing them。

(4) You are welcome to recommend and provide physical clues to the school's history and cultural relics, and assist in communication and collection。

Iii. Method of solicitation

（一）Accept donations。The school will issue a donation certificate and indicate the donor and source when presenting the donation materials and materials。

（二）Consignment exhibition。If I (or my relatives) have the desire to keep the precious materials and objects, the school archives (School History Museum) can keep them on their behalf and sign a storage agreement, or return the original after copying。

（三）Send solicitation。Articles and works that you plan to write or have written about your or others' work, study and life scenes during school can be sent to the school in paper or electronic form。

（四）Visit and collect。For the materials provided by the old comrades and old alumni who are busy with official duties or have passed the age, the school will send people to visit them, receive donations, or record them。

（五）Other methods agreed upon by both parties through negotiation。

4. Collection time

（一）Centralized collection time: from the date of announcement to the end of July 2023。

（二）Long-term collection: During the construction of the school history museum and after the completion of the exhibition, the collection announcement is still valid for a long time。
